Dr. Mahmoud Yahia began his academic path at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, building a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy and therapeutic nutrition. Since then, he has dedicated his expertise to helping the public and professionals understand the safe and effective use of dietary supplements.

His professional presence spans Saudi Arabia and Egypt for more than fifteen years — through consultations, media education, and platforms that help pharmacists and individuals make evidence-based health decisions.

As a member of the Egyptian International Society for Nutrition & Obesity (EISNO), he continues developing trusted Arabic content on therapeutic nutrition, insulin resistance, women’s health & pregnancy, and weight management.
